Light sleep, frequent awakenings, a racing heart at night… These sleep disturbances, often accompanied by persistent stress or a general feeling of malaise, can be early signs of an imbalance. If your sleep has significantly deteriorated for no apparent reason, it’s time to talk to your doctor.
Shortness of breath for simple tasks:
Climbing a few stairs and feeling breathless? Talking while walking and gasping for air? If this isn’t typical for you, it could be a sign that your heart is struggling to circulate oxygen properly. Even slight shortness of breath during exertion should never be ignored.
We rarely think about the heart when we see our hair falling out… And yet, a hormonal imbalance or intense stress can weaken the scalp. Cortisol, a hormone linked to stress, also plays a role in cardiovascular regulation. Sudden or significant hair loss can therefore be an indirect but significant indicator that something is wrong.
Listening to your body is already a form of protection. Prevention is better than waiting.
