Grandma’s Snail Pastry Recipe with Sugar and Cinnamon

Ingredients

For the dough:

200 g quark (curd cheese)

65 g sugar

1 egg

1 packet vanilla sugar (approx. 8 g)

½ packet baking powder (approx. 8 g)

6 tbsp oil

6 tbsp milk

Approx. 300 g flour (adjust as needed to form a soft dough)

For the filling:

3 tbsp butter (softened)

4 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Optional glaze:

Powdered sugar

A few tablespoons of milk or lemon juice
